Every home we build starts with your ideas, your plans or your architect's design. Our job is to deliver that design faithfully, solve the practical problems along the way and protect the details that make it yours.
Bring us in early
Too many new home designs go to tender and come back well over budget, leading to months of redesign. Through our Paid as Consultant (PAC) process, we join your project during design. We review buildability, give early cost guidance and suggest alternatives that keep the look you want at a price you can manage. You're not locked into a building contract at this stage.

Yes. We regularly work with architects and designers, and we're happy to come in early and work with your design team through documentation.

The PAC fee depends on the size and complexity of the project. We'll explain exactly what's included and what it costs at your first meeting.
Can you help if I don't have plans yet?
Yes. Design is the first stage of our process: we turn your ideas into concept designs, so the plans start from a realistic budget.
How long does a custom home take to build?
It depends on size, complexity, site conditions and the finishes chosen. We'll give you a realistic program before the contract is signed and keep you updated throughout.
